Death is something that, like it or not, comes to us all. Sometimes though it seems to happen in numbers way above the curve. This could be down to a natural disaster, or more often than not, due to humanity being horrible to each other. Whatever the reason, the events listed below had an impact on not only the population but on history as well, in one case quite literally.
Be warned – If you decide to research some of these events, a number of them are not for the faint-hearted and may be considered to be upsetting and disturbing.

Throughout your adventures, quests and missions, you will run into various individuals and experience odd sometimes random-seeming events and encounters. They might puzzle you, endanger your group or simply be a mystery you can never solve.
Features 100 entries, most of them with further sub-options to give you more variety and possibilities.
This volume of Encounters & Events is themed around what might be found when you dare to go explore a planet. What you find might be friendly, hostile or something you can exploit.
To use is quite simple –
1 – Roll a d100 and consult the appropriate entry in the main table. Alternately, pick an entry you like the sound of.
2 – Each entry has one or more sub-tables associated with it. These are to give more variety and options to what you have found. These subtables will only require a d20 to roll on.
3 – Some tables are linked to others. They are marked with [x], where the “X” tells you what table to roll on. For example – “They are headed to [Trade Centre]” tells you that, to expand this entry further, you need to roll on the Trade Centre sub-table.

Yearly Event: Assassination of a Lord (Felmont 9th)
A high-ranking lord (emperor, king, prince, chieftain, daimyos, governor, prime minister, minister of state) is assassinated. The PCs may fall under suspicion if they had dealings with that NPC. They are automatically suspected if they are enemies of the one assassinated.
Assassin(s): Not caught or dead.
PCs: Not accused.
Succession: The one assassinated has a successor (hereditary or not). The court is in turmoil.
Monthly Events
1- Birth: Should any PC be married, he learns at this time that he is to have a child. The actual birth will occur in 8 months. If this does not apply, a local noble or government official has a child. There will be some feastings and celebrations. The child’s name will be Alabar Ushunesh.
