RIGS 4.08 – Tickling Claymore
“Rosh loved his claymore, it saved his life, his family, and his whole village numerous times. So you can understand why when he converted to the Eternal Peace, he wanted to keep it. They had no problem with it, but he wanted to show willing to his new faith so had the enchantments changed on it. We never knew what they were until the church got attacked by demons one day. Wielding his sword he hit the demon who started laughing. We thought he was mocking us until we saw he was wiggling around, his face in agony as his laughter got worse and worse until the poor thing literally died laughing”

Description
The Tickling Claymore (TC) is in appearance like a normal sword of the claymore type;having a cross hilt of forward-sloping quillons with quatrefoil terminations
Powers
The main power of the claymore apart from its damage as a normal sword is to induce laughter as if being tickled in those it causes damage to. This can affect even those that normally do not laugh, and in many ways is MORE effective as they do not have the capacity to understand what is happening to them. Every hit adds another layer of the tickle effect, more damage = more potent laughter. The creature afflicted by this literally laughs themselves to death, their body and face contorted in a mixture of pain and laughter.
Downside
The sword itself is the main downside. It required a strong being to wield it correctly to cause damage, plus it required regular cleaning and if you cut yourself, even a small amount whilst doing so, the laughing effect triggers on you and there is no known counter effect.
Destruction
It must be covered with the blood of one who has never laughed and never can, then you have but one hour to break it down as a normal sword.
