One other item of interest concerning this man; he talks with a lisp.

Personal History
This character spent the first few years of his life in a Frontier Homestead that consisted of his immediate family, plus one other family. Life on the frontier was spartan and dangerous, but it encouraged self-sufficiency. He was raised in an area considered Subtropical Plains – primarily cultivated settlements.
Both of his Parents are alive and healthy. His Grandparents are unknown. They all died before he was old enough to remember them. He is the oldest child of his family, and has one younger sibling. He has at least 3 other living relatives. He has several friends that he considers companions, but they aren’t particularly close to him.

He grew up in a Divided family. One branch of the family was a Patriarchy, in which the male members controlled the family, and made all critical decisions with little, if no input from the rest of the family, while the other branch was a family that was run by the Elders of the family. The oldest members controlled the family, although occasionally, they would solicit input from the rest of the family.
His family is Wealthy. His family owns its home , since the family’s income significantly exceeds their basic needs. As he was growing up, his family belonged to a Skilled Merchant family. He was the the child of a Bordello Owner.
During the times of his life when it became necessary to defend themselves, there was little to fear since his family has a tradition of military service, and family members are taught from birth to be courageous and stalwart companions when battle is joined. The family armory has always contained magical weapons and armor, and he was taught the use of them all – almost before he learned to walk.
Privately, his family held to the letter of contracts and agreements, and could always be depended on to ‘do the right thing’ – earning them a reputation for honesty and reliability. His family’s public ethics could be summed up as normal. His family’s ethical reputation matches their private ethics. His family’s reputation in the community however, is mostly bad. The family, in general is treated with contempt, but occasionally a family member or two has demonstrated positive qualities and has earned the respect of those they have interacted with.
His family’s Religious preferences lean towards hidden Heresy. His family believes in a religious movement that is considered heretical by the community at large, however, his family attempts to hide their commitment from the general public.
Politically, his family would be considered Supportive. His family supports the current political structure and the current rulers.
His family has an ancestor by the name of Nócmæs who was a well-known Wizard of some repute.

His childhood was otherwise unremarkable. The only thing that might be considered unusual was the fact that he had survived a major threat to his Community. A cyclone struck when he was a child, and he is rarely able to sleep the entire night without a dream coming to fore, forcing him to relive the tragic event. Although the event was traumatic, he would not have been the man he is now without it.
During the years of his youth, he had broken the law as a youngster. He was able to avoid the repercussions of the crime, and subsequently learned how to dodge the consequences and survive.
Unfortunately, he has been forced to re-evaluate his core Religious beliefs after a new faith arose that is challenging all of his deep-rooted beliefs in his own Religion.
His early education was couched in Book Learning. He learned how to read and write at an early age, and it has been a major part of his life ever since. Later, he learned Natural History, where he studied biology and geology. Currently, he has been making a living as a Hunter. He spends most of his time in the wilderness hunting animals to supply the local populace with meat for public consumption.
As far as his relationships with his Instructors went, his instructor was of a lower social class than he was, and as a result, he received less of a formal education than what he would have likely been able to achieve under different circumstances.
Sometime in the recent past, he acquired a rival when that person was wronged as the result of a social fault .

She has Sorcerers in her family, but she did not know about them until she became one. They were afraid that others might try to hurt her.
She seemed to have been born on a particularly fortuitous day. The skies were clear and bright, and people noted quietly that the next harvest seemed to have turned out to be an unusually good one that year. The first sign that she seemed to be any different from the other children came when a crazy, dirty-robed old hermit who claimed that he worshipped the forest spirits, came to her home to offer her a leather bag full of feathers, odd-shaped stones, and animal bones.
When her powers first manifested, she was caught out unexpectedly in a pounding hailstorm, yet not a single hailstone managed to hit her during the storm.
She was cast out of her home by her own family. After she left, she never encountered another Sorcerer until she had decided that she had to solve her own problems by herself.
As her powers increased, she found that people began to listen to her words more carefully. She found it convenient. Although she never made the mistake of thinking of them as her equals, she decided it would be hypocritical to bully them – as their kind had bullied her in the past.
The first time she met another Sorcerer, they conversed in a friendly, yet formal manner, until she suddenly moved her hand to scratch an itch. Then other Sorcerer attacked her. It was an unfortunate misunderstanding – but she barely escaped with her life.
Eventually, she managed to fall in with a group of adventurers who were also just beginning their careers. At that point, she realized that finally, she had found a group of people she could really trust.
