As someone who plays and runs in various TTRPGS on a regular basis, one thing I struggle with is names, for both my characters and NPCs.
The Quick Gen series, and its sibling series, the QGE (Quick Gen extended) was made to help me with that. The QG series works with just two d100 tables to form the subject matter, the output etc. The QGE is when there is a lot more options, enough for there to be a d100 table and, for example, a d200 split into two d100’s for ease of use and so on, this giving more possible generated outputs.
To give an idea, a typical QG gives a possible 10,000 outputs (100 x 100) and this one gives 40,000 with 2 x d200 tables.
