This week’s PDF highlight, Quick Generator – Alchemical Ingredient Names, sets the theme/topic of the week to Alchemy.

First published 2nd of March 2020, has received (by the time this is posted) on DrivethruRPG a Silver rating, putting it in the top 17718 products (14.75%).

This particular quick Gen, like so many others, can output 10,000 possible combinations as it stands but has the potential to be expanded into an extended version that has even more, but that is another idea for the ever-growing “to-do” list!

Quick Generator – Alchemical Ingredient Names

What ingredients are a part of your alchemical infusion?

Many times, all you need is a quick idea or a concept. Something to help spark your imagination or to just fill in the gaps. You don’t want a huge number of tables and need something reasonably quickly.

This is where the Quick Generator series comes in. The QG series from Ennead Games generally has no more than 2 x d100 tables, which can give you 10,000 possible combinations!

This particular QG gives you two tables for coming up with an ingredient you might find useful for alchemical reactions. The name might be literal, such as Dragons Tongue is just what you think it is, or the name for a flower or root that resembles its namesake. Or maybe someone just thought the name would be amusing.

With 100 x 100, or 10,000 possible combinations!
